Planning your time at VERVE Poetry Festival 2025? Whether you’re diving into a single day or going all in with a full festival pass, here’s what you get with each pass and the incredible events you can look forward to attending.

Full Festival Pass (£60 / £45 concession)

The Full Festival Pass is your golden ticket to all poetry and spoken word events from Thursday February 13th, to Sunday, February 16th.

Thursday, February 13th

7:30–9:30 PM: LOUD Poets Slam 2025 Birmingham Heat at VERVE

Friday, February 14th

7:00–8:00 PM: The Pamphlet Hour
8:30–9:45 PM: Friday Night Headline Event

Saturday, February 15th

1:00–2:00 PM: Sixth Verve Poetry Performance Lecture
2:30–4:00 PM: Magma Matters: Past, Present and Future
4:30–5:30 PM: Poetry Unbound Special
6:00–7:30 PM: Saturday Night Headline Event
8:00–10:00 PM: Big Gay Poetry Night VERVE Special

Sunday, February 16th

11:00 AM–12:30 PM: Verve Poetry Festival Competition Event (FREE)
1:00–1:45 PM: Discovering The New Carthaginians with Nick Makoha
2:30–4:00 PM: Sunday Headline Event
4:30–6:30 PM: VERVE Closing Gala with Open Mic
